This hotel was very nice to stay at, it had a kitchen which was very convenient and the bathroom was very nice as well over all pretty clean. I would stay again, thank you! (staff was also friendly)

Nice place--had a very good experience
Clean place with helpful staff. They referred me to good eatery options nearby and allowed me to check out late at 2:00 pm. I received a free upgrade. Not sure what I did to receive it, but it was a kind, generous gesture and I appreciated it.

Very comfortable gathering place
My family booked this hotel with 3 rooms since we were all coming from 3 different states for a family event. The spacious lobby with many table options was great for us all to meet downstairs along with the family that lived in town to visit. The cleaning staff was always so nice in the hallways. Front desk staff friendly and laid back. If I ever travel to Chicago again, this is where I’d stay!

The property was in a fairly quiet location. I had to change rooms, because the first room had bad cable service, no working internet or phone. The second room was good, except it was out of body wash in the shower. Mattress and towels were very good, and room layout and appearance were excellent.
