It was a very comfortable stay. It would be nice if breakfast hours lasted longer because when you travel from a different time zone, it was closing as we were waking up. Otherwise very nice

Location is in Downtown Chicago. South side of the river. walking distance to train and bus stations. parking is off site and across the street and about $50 per night. room rate included good breakfast. foods were good and many selection. Like the room with extra small sink and kitchen area. roomy.

We had a 4 night stay on the 32nd floor. It was nice. Only downside is that there was no room service and no valet. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Front desk staff were nice and friendly.

Liked walking distance to attraction. Most restaurants were closed for the July forth holiday which was frustrating. Free breakfast but lineups too long. Need bigger area for the amount of people.
