We arrived at the hotel early and we needed to drop off our luggage. Ronnie helped check in our bags. He was so friendly and helpful! He has a wonderful personality! The building is very beautiful. We stayed on the 10th floor. Our room was quite small but it was clean and comfortable. I was a bit disappointed to see that the window that is in the room was covered with privacy film. It was disappointing not to be able to see outside, regardless of the view, especially since the room was so small. It felt a little claustrophobic. I didn't see the lack of view anywhere when booking or I may have booked elsewhere. But overall, our stay was friendly, quiet, and comfortable. The area around the hotel is beautiful and it is right on the river.

Our stay was great! It was in a great location. Valet was much easier to use than finding public parking. Easy check-in and our room was huge. We had two bathrooms to access which worked out with having kids. We had a little kitchenette, with a fridge, dishes and silverware which helped when we brought take-out pizza back to the room. We also liked the convenience of the water stations. Great stay and I would definitely go back and request that same room. Thank you!

We checked in late and the receptionist didn't look for my listed and we were booked into a room under someone else. The next day, our key cards did not work. Leo corrected the problem and we did not have to pay for the first night. The room was smaller than advertised. The pillow cases were slightly stained. Overall, not the best stay that I have had, but not the worst.
