The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Location was amazing! I also appreciated that they held our luggage after checkout so we could explore the city longer before heading home.

The hotel is located in the prime area of downtown Chicago. It really is right smack in the middle of the Riverwalk, next to the London House and in front of the International Trump Hotel. The view is amazing! Walking out from the hotel, you really have infinite choices of which way to go and how. The lobby is small but classic which blends in with Chicago's historical architecture throughout. The 2nd floor loft is a dream for relaxing as it provides a nice lounge and TV, workspaces, meeting rooms, and complimentary espressos and lattes! The rooms are small but enough to rest and clean up as most of the time we were around town anyway.

Great location and on the less expensive side but hotel has virtually no service-if you want room cleaned, coffee bar stocked, etc you must text housekeeping. Place is long in the tooth-and doesn’t feel real clean. For the little I had a tv on,the sound came on and off every 10 mins or so; I could not get room warmer (ie the thermostat appeared to be preset and locked in). Also disturbing was the incredible waste with every floor having access to filtered water at the elevators (good) along with empty plastic bottles (bad) ….so each floor was dumping huge amounts of plastic water bottles daily-an environmental nightmare

Staff was friendly and helpful. My colleague had bedbugs in his room and had to relocate rooms. The property has s total of 2 elevators servicing floors 11-41. There is no service elevator. One of the two elevators was out of service. During the morning and evening rush, it took 10-15 minutes to get to the rooms. Super annoying. I wouldn't stay here again.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my thoughts. Unfortunately, I found the cleanliness to be lacking, and the overall condition of the room did not meet my expectations. Additionally, the noise levels were quite disruptive, making it difficult to relax. I believe the price I paid for the room $1277 for 3 nights was very expensive considering the quality of the experience. I hope you take this feedback into consideration for future improvements.

It was a great location with good views from our room. Only complaint was the kind bed was 2 twin beds out together with a king sheet. Had good espresso machine in the room too and gave us extra pods.
