Bathroom could use some help. Wooden frame around mirror worn, outlet cover in bathroom is loose. Outlet is over toilet not to safe when using hair dryer, curling iron.

Staff was nice. Even accommodating of my husband’s and I 1 month anniversary however parking for 75.00 and terrible service. The manager assured that she would correct the issue, however it has not been resolved and emails have been ignored. There was hair in the sink and paper on the floor upon entry. I’m looking for the outcome of the 2 hour wait for my car to come out of Valet.

The property is located in a brilliant area surrounded by so many great places to go all within walking distance with stunning views of downtown Chicago through the rooms.The staff were also so incredibly polite and helpful throughout our whole stay there if I’m ever back in Chicago don’t think I’d even consider anywhere else to stay
