Clean, great linens and good towels. Comfortable bed and great view of the rever through a side window. Small room (like Paris) but the price and location is right. No restaurant but one next door and lots around. Attentive staff. I will be back!!!

The room was in pretty decent condition, I appreciate how clean it was. Very convenient location. The bed was TERRIBLE you could feel every spring and it was rock hard. Customer service wasnt my favorite. Parking was far away but they validate so thats nice.

This hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Chicago. I booked the Superior room with a view of the river walk. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave. The view was perfect to see the fireworks. I was there for NYE. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and steps away from the river walk. The hotel employees were helpful and friendly. Also, if you take the Big Bus to see the city, pick up is across the street from the hotel. The largest Starbucks in the world is within walking distance of the hotel. The price was great!! The only con is the rooms could use some updates, but I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
