The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Location was amazing! I also appreciated that they held our luggage after checkout so we could explore the city longer before heading home.

Booked: two bedroom suite Condition: bed was very comfy and linens felt lovely. Bathroom was well appointed. Spotlessly clean. Rooms could use a remodel and a spruce up, BUT it was not offensively outdated and I have NO complaints on the quality of the space. Microwave also functions as a convection oven. Plates, cups, utensils, cooktop, pots and pans included. Refrigerator is fairly generously sized. Love the water bottle filler across from the elevator. Staff were fantastic, helpful and fun! Location is superb at the corner of Wacker and Michigan in the middle of the Miracle Mile. Picked this hotel as the one I typically stay in was asking over $800 per night for a one bedroom suite that is a bit larger but no less convenient. This was a great alternative for 30% of the price basically leaving more money for $hopping!!!!! Will definitely return to this hotel in future.

This hotel is a wonderful place, I was there around 8:00 on the 14th of November and The Man Behind The Desk was exceptional! He went above and beyond to get me the room that I was asking for. I did not get the gentleman's name but this hotel needs more people just like him. The River Hotel on Wacker is lucky to have him. Whoever you are thanks again for your kindness and your professionalism! Keep up the wonderful work and I will definitely be recommending this location to all my friends

Good place for a city overnight. Staff was friendly and helpful. Contrary to other reviews, we found the valet service affordable and convenient. United Center is an 11 min drive so a food place for a concert.

The hotel and room were clean and neat. We were in the tower section so excellent views and the room was sort of unique. Kind of bare bones for amenities but I was expecting that. Easy walking distance to the Riverwalk, shopping, and restaurants. Affordable. Staff were helpful and pleasant.
