This property exceeded our expectations at almost every turn. It is a well maintained luxury property with excellent, friendly staff. Our guest room was generously large and the public sitting area was clean and inviting. The check-in/out process was different than expected but there was plenty of staff to walk us through the process.

Only 1 elevator worked. Had to wait over 5 to 10 min each time. It was freezing in the room And heat didn’t work. Sheets on pull out bed was dirty.

Staff service was exceptional. Perfect location for exploring the city. WIFI signal cuts in and out. One thing that would be good to upgrade is the tv. Our remote does not connect well. Also, it would be nice for a feature to log in to your favorite apps seamlessly.

Central downtown area in Chicago. Easy to access public transportation and park. Room is clean and neat. Self checkout machine is cool. It is little confused to park the car in front of hotel since a restaurant and another hotel are next to each time. I did get a help for parking. I fully understand such situation. So it is manageable for me. Please be aware of self-parking is 2 blocks way from the hotel. Over all, I am pretty happy with hotel location, facility and price.

Nice and helpful reception staff. Very conveniently located near tourist attractions and restaurants. Parking areas near property are hard to find so prepare beforehand. Since it's downtown, just be careful around sketchy areas. Otherwise, we had a great time. :)
