We arrived at the hotel early and we needed to drop off our luggage. Ronnie helped check in our bags. He was so friendly and helpful! He has a wonderful personality! The building is very beautiful. We stayed on the 10th floor. Our room was quite small but it was clean and comfortable. I was a bit disappointed to see that the window that is in the room was covered with privacy film. It was disappointing not to be able to see outside, regardless of the view, especially since the room was so small. It felt a little claustrophobic. I didn't see the lack of view anywhere when booking or I may have booked elsewhere. But overall, our stay was friendly, quiet, and comfortable. The area around the hotel is beautiful and it is right on the river.

This hotel is great! It is right by the Chicago Riverwalk and has great dining options nearby. Club Quarters has great hotels in other cities like Philadelphia and Washington DC but I love the one in Chicago the most. It is a great place to stay while in the Windy City

Damper 1st experience

At arrival customer service was short when asking questions. Room was well put together. Smaller then expected but was useful for what was needed. Carpet had stains & pringles paper lid next to bed, was concerned if cleaned & missed. Organized elevator system. Everything seemed buckle & dime. Example if any hotel products were used there is a charge. Parking not noted on hotel information for new comers to Chicago downtown. All in all put a damper on 1st experience to Chicago.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff were fantastic, very knowledgeable, and friendly my entire stay. They offered early and late check out options, with early check in at zero cost. I will say, the property was a little out dated but did not affect my enjoyment. The area was great and I had a view of the entire Chicago river. Walkable to dozens of restaurants, tour sites and attractions.
