We arrived at the hotel early and we needed to drop off our luggage. Ronnie helped check in our bags. He was so friendly and helpful! He has a wonderful personality! The building is very beautiful. We stayed on the 10th floor. Our room was quite small but it was clean and comfortable. I was a bit disappointed to see that the window that is in the room was covered with privacy film. It was disappointing not to be able to see outside, regardless of the view, especially since the room was so small. It felt a little claustrophobic. I didn't see the lack of view anywhere when booking or I may have booked elsewhere. But overall, our stay was friendly, quiet, and comfortable. The area around the hotel is beautiful and it is right on the river.

Kiosk are good, but shouldn't replace staff

I booked 3 rooms. The checkin process was really clunky. It seems as if the hotel staff just want you to use a kiosk to do everything, instead of just helping you checkin. It took like 15 minutes with lots of hassle to use the "easy kiosk". I think you would be fine if you weren't a group. Also house keeping knocked before checkout time.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff truly made the experience outstanding — every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The property itself is clean and well maintained, though some of the décor and facilities are a bit outdated, which is why I’ve given it four stars instead of five. That being said, the service more than makes up for it, and the overall atmosphere is inviting and relaxed. If you’re looking for excellent hospitality and a team that really values its guests, this is a great place to stay.
