Great hotel in a great location however the infrastructure is aging and it's starting to show. Lowest toilet bowl I've ever used in my life, if you enjoy squatting, you're in for a treat. Shower was pretty weak and was surprised there was no alternative to the rain shower, not that practical.

Great location with beautiful view of the river. The staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable. Parts of the room were a bit worn, carpet was peeling and paint as well. The door on the bathroom needs to be replaced. We were next to the elevator so that was loud. Very safe and just a great location.

Great location and nice, more spacious rooms you'd expect from a Sonesta. Beautiful view of the river and it is so convenient to be able to bop into the hotel for a quick turnaround between adventures. Front desk was never too busy and we never waited more than 30 seconds for an elevator. You'd be surprised what a challenge this can be in some hotels. Would have liked some kind of dimmer switch or night light by the bathroom, it was like staring into the sun going pee at night. The restaurant downstairs (Hoyt's) was nice and did a mean avocado toast we had more than once. Gabby the waitress will take excellent care of you and the bacon is beautifully crispy if that's your style. But it's dine-in or pickup only so plan ahead. The room gets extra points for solid climate control and multiple pillows with different firmness, even if the mattress itself felt a bit soft. Finally, the area gets a bit more rough at night... Every single night there were cars doing burnouts and donuts in the intersection right outside the hotel. Zero police presence. So bring your earplugs and your wits.

I orded water never come people at the front desk they tell me they dont have services the valet parking people drive my car on top of the curve no damage to my car i want him from far when this happen i think he dont think i was watching they rude as well im not sure ifvis bc the language barriers I call agan to ask for water and they was very rude
