Nice and clean rooms. Great pool and workout facility. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Rooms do not have a refrigerator, a bit f a surprise for the price and they hit you with a $60 convenience fee that is not advertised.

Went for the concert…
We stayed 6 nights. Very clean hotel. Room was clean and anytime we needed something they were there to help. Doormen always had great recommendations for places to eat. Within walking distance of Navy Pier, Riverwalk, and red line that will take you anywhere you need to go.

This property was a great find! Great for the family with kids - walkable to many attractions downtown Chicago. Subway right outside. Valet parking with Sammy was an absolute pleasure - convenient and quick. The room itself was large and spacious. Huge bathroom and customer service excellent. Definitely warrants a return visit!
