The hotel itself was nice and the location was very convenient. The room had great views. However, our TV kept going in and out and only worked about 1/3 of the time, our keycard stopped working and we had no access to the elevator and our room so we had to go get a new one, we were told a maintenance tech would be sent up to our room for the TV and no one ever showed, the water pressure in the shower was very low and there was what appeared to be a bullet hole in the bathroom door frame. Also our room had no microwave so were unable to bring leftovers back to warm up later. If not for its location and views, i would be pretty disappointed with this stay.

Property was clean and stay was excellent until I checked out. 1 hour after checking out I remembered I left a pair of AirPods behind underneath a pillow on the bed. Called back immediately and was given the runaround as if no one cared to look or ask about them. They never even checked. That’s cool I got a new pair but won’t be visiting so soon again.

The hotel was great. The views are amazing. The navy pier is super cool with lots of convenient restaurants and shops at your disposal. The only thing that was a negative for the whole stay was the parking garage. You pay at a kiosk for your time in the garage. When we paid, it took money out of our bank account, but when we got to the exit the ticket showed it was unpaid and the only resolution security had was to pay again and dispute the charges with our bank. There are cheaper parking options off of the pier. It should be noted that parking is not provided by the hotel so it was not a reflection of the hotel at all. The hotel was amazing.

This was a well deserved trip for my auntie who cares for her younger brother with Alzheimer’s. I wanted it to be super special and it was. The room was awesomely fabulous she loved the view and loved looking at it light up and come alive at night. Super clean never a piece of paper in hallway. Public bathrooms well groomed all day and the hotel always smelled so nice. I would love to have my home smell that great all day and night. Oh I’m taking my husband next year for Father’s Day.

First off love the hotel, however some of the staff members the women are very rude and has an attitude!! Also be careful they take your deposit and you will need to call everyday to tru to get it back , it’s day 9 and no deposit even called a manager Daniel and left a voicemail/no return call and talked to accounting that re-assured me it will be back the same day, it’s 2 days later and still nothing . Charged $100 $68 $252 Then $152!
