Great spot, we came to town for Lollapalooza and it was a great location to stay at for the festival. Pool was nice, view was great. The junior suite we booked didn’t come with club lounge access, which was surprising for the price we paid, but over all would stay here again.

Do not go to get breakfast at the cafe. It’s $36 per person for 1/2 cooked buffet food. Doesn’t matter what you eat or if you eat, it’s $36 per person and not one person will tell you that.

Very inviting staff that enjoyed being there. Room was spacious and shower equipment with nice shampoo conditioner and body wash. We loved the area, feeling safe and comfortable. Breathtaking views all around.

I think what allows them to charge their prices and absorbent fees is their location. The comforter on the bed was really just a thick bedsheet. There was old food left in our refrigerator. We ordered towels that never came. Just a bunch of different things that didn’t make the trip as enjoyable as it could’ve been The hotel seem to be hosting a prom or some type of high school gathering every single night that we were there and the $25 resort fee they charge you for their stores but the stores would close what I would consider early was a unique experience.
