Don't like that you have to pay additional for parking. Because there was a concert at the Allstate arena it seemed like there was not parking available within the lot and we had to pay extra to park in the parking ramp. Parking should be reserved only for customers and then additional parking should be given to the people attending these concert events

This is a beautiful hotel! Love the center atrium. Our suites were very nicely furnished, and quite comfortable. The restaurant off the main lobby was very convenient since we were tired and short on time - the food and service were also good. I would definitely stay here again.

The first hotel I have ever stayed where I had to pay for parking and had to pay extra after already paying for the 2 nights stay. Place was pretty clean, comfortable and friendly but I definitely will not be staying here ever again. Over $600 just for 2 nights. I've stayed in hotels just as good or better and cost me less than $400 for 2 nights. Maybe it's just this area but definitely not worth going back.

Everyone was super nice and the room was clean but their were water stains on the walls as well as chips. There always was a ton of noise at 8:30-9:00 AM so sleeping in wasn't really an option.

Property doesn't have microwaves and parking is $35 a night. Property is very nice but room couches need cleaning and desk chair arms were duck taped, lastly no free breakfast.

The hotel room was decent but I swear no matter where I stay there is a crazy drunk person talking in the hallways at 2 am. Another aspect is I was super excited about the Starbucks inside but it was more like a stall. It isn’t like the ones in other hotels or in a Target
