I checked in at 3:00pm and dropped off my luggage, when got back to the room, there was flies in there. The bathroom was discussing. I went to the front desk and told them i could not take a shower or use the toliet, because it was hair in seat, the caulk around the toliet was dirty and molded. I checked the hell out at 6:30 and was not issued a refund. Its ok, because I will never fo back or recommend "Sleep End Hotel" on Bittersweet Drive in Norrh Chicago, Illinois
