Was a great stay. Amazing location to the train and walkable to west loop. The staff through the app were very responsive. It was a little loud for 24 hours and AC wasn’t working great. They drop off a fan and got the neighbors to be quiet. No complaints at all.

We were never sent an entry code, no doorman, tech support was helpful but took a long time to give a new entry code. Too few supplies in room, soap dispensers stuck, too few towels, no Kleenex or shower cap etc. bed, kitchen very clean A

The location is good. The soundproofing is poor.
The location is quiet and close to the station. However, I could hear the person next door making phone calls from 6am. I don't know if the room was soundproof or if they were talking loudly.

Very clean and comfortable room! Beds were warm, pillows were lovely. While our stay was quite short so we didnt get to make full use of the room, the kitchenette was a great surprise in the event that we would have cooked here. We especially loved the shower toiletries (very gentle smell and made our hair feel very nice).

Self service property. You would think with the savings made by removing any on-site staff and outsourcing support to other countries these savings might flow through to room rate but no, Look it was fine. Not super homey but clean and neat. Just understand that the process for getting an issues rectified is significantly more complex than if you can pop down to the to front desk. and whatever you do DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PHONE IN THE ROOM unless you memorized the six digit access code

The apartment we were located in was opposite side of the mime and noise was very minimal. I slept well and wasn’t woken up by the noise. The room came with a sound machine that came in handy but overall stay and room was very nice.

The area was quiet during the day but lively at night. The rooms are directly above a nightclub. I felt safe in and immediately around the property. There are plenty of restaurants nearby but grocery stores are a little farther. The room itself was very spacious and clean. The kitchen appliances worked great. The air-conditioning worked fine and so did the washer and dryer combo. Try to get a room on an upper floor if you are a light sleeper. The walls are pretty thin and the building is right behind the elevated train so if ambient noise is an issue you may want to bring or use their provided earplugs. I was initially booked in room on a lower floor and requested a room on a higher floor. Their in app customer service was very responsive and was able to get me room on an upper floor on the second day of my stay. All of my interactions with the property through the app were immediate and helpful.

What a nightmare of a process. I am a local to Chicago and booked a night at this hotel because I was working very late on a project downtown. I was thinking I could find something close by that would be easy and safe and allow me to go to sleep, wake up a little later and go to work. Unfortunately, their process made me stay up much later and had to problem solve, pay more money, and not sleep until almost 4 AM When I had work at nine. They don’t have staff onsite so you have to check in via phone. I didn’t know that once you’ve checked in that you’re just in a cue to be “approved” which apparently takes 3 days?! I get there and I can’t check in because the approval hadn’t been approved yet since i checked in a couple hours before my arrival. I tried to reach their live chat which was AI. So we sat in the lobby at 1am just waiting. Also there was a nightclub that I attached to hotel so you can just feel the bass through the wall. We took a Lyft to the hotel cuz it said street parking only and I didn’t want to chance having any inconvenience but ironically, it was the most inconvenient situation ever. Luckily, I was able to contact the manager at the Blackstone hotel, and they were able to accommodate us very quickly and easily.

Probably the best kitchen setup I've ever had in a hotel, kinda wish i grabbed groceries to utilize it! Super clean, the bed was dreamy, perfect after the world's worst Greyhound ride. Very close to the Ashland CTA stop, so cruising around on the L was easy. And that shower... i could live in there...

I give Expedia a lot of flack. The site requires pre-registration when you get to the site. I had not done it so it took me about 25 minutes to get registered and get into the room. It'd have been a lot easier to know that you had to do this before. Parking is a private parking lot with another registration. But the room is nice. The walls are thin. You can hear the cta. But the location is excellent. The room is very clean and spotless. I would stay here again. The price is much reasonable. The neighborhood is well lit and safe around the hotel. As you get away from the loop area. This is one of the best places on the near west side to stay. It's much cheaper to Uber from this place than from the loop. There are plenty of restaurants around the area also.

Stay away from this place unless you want to hear the Kashmir night club blasting music until 3 am. The bass was shaking the whole building and room. Didn’t get to sleep until 4am and had to get up a 8am. Never again

We were really impressed with the location from the green/ pink line. Shopping was a casual 15-20 minutes walk. 2 pubs across the road. Nice safe environment about the location
