It was exactly what we needed. A hotel at the right price in the right place. There were a couple of inconveniences like having to ask for towels every day, but for the price it was exactly what we needed.

The staff were very pleasant. My flight arrived before check-in time, so they kindly agreed to hold my bag until I returned after my event. When I returned - around midnight - they gave me a room that had not been cleaned. When I told the front desk, the clerk “cleaned” my room in 20 minutes, I.e., didn’t offer me a different room even though other rooms were available. The walls are so thin I could understand conversations in the next room.

Had issues with the TV, had no regular stations, and the stations that we did try to watch had issues trying to connect, stating it was unavailable. I went to inquire about a guide for the television and the clerk, states "I don't know, laughing, when I stay here, I don't watch the television. I know we had one but don't know where it went. Sorry, I can't help you!

You get what you pay for!
This place was scary. When I arrived the front desk window said that you had to pay $10 Cash for a deposit(which I thought was strange), but then I was told that they needed to put a $100 deposit on my card. I walked into the room and the lighting was terrible and there was a table but no chair also when I went to use the bathroom I could not find a toilet tissue holder and there was no tissue in the room so I had to go back to the front desk. I took lots of pictures but I dont have time to load them right now sorry.

In the heart of Palestine plaza full of Arabs feels like a village in Afghanistan... If you wanna wake up in the morning for knocking at the door by house keeping crew... Blanket too hot couldn't sleep well... Sink outside the shower...
