Elegant and Convenient
This is a beautiful hotel with a luxurious lobby on the second floor. The staff was very welcoming and the valet helpful when we forgot something in our car. The hotel is very conveniently located to shopping on State St and Luke's Liobster City Market. (A casual, unassuming restaurant servung the most amazing lobster rolls, crab rolls, lobster busque and clam chowder.) When we checked out, we were reminded that we hadn't used our $20 food and beverage credit. We were allowed to take $20 worth of snacks for the road.

We were checked in by David, he was lovely , personable and went above and beyond. All around a great stay. Love the hotel, I will say that the room could have used a touch up with paint , but other than that great place. Would recommend and stay again.

This is my second stay here. I love this hotel. The location is great, right in the middle of the theater district! Very walkable, lots of options nearby for food, shopping, entertainment. The only complaint is I have been placed in a room right off the elevator both stays. It is loud as people come and go late.

Worst Nights Sleep :(
I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times- years ago- but time hasn’t been kind to it and they haven’t kept up on maintenance. It is showing its age— peeling paint/wallpaper, stains on the walls and carpet, chipped furniture. It just feels old and dingy now. Also, this was the two worsts night sleep I have ever had. The beds are so hard. It was truly terrible. Overall, I was disappointed with this stay.
