I had a wonderful time at the Ritz. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my requests and needs were addressed. A special shout out to Tobias (Toby) at the front desk for his exceptional hospitality and service. The only issue I had is the lack of vegan dining options.

As a maid of honor I held my friend's bachelorette party here. I coordinated with Gina and had a king suite decorated. They did an AMAZING job! The bride and bridesmaids all loved it! Definitely booking for future events. All staff were very kind and accommodating.

This was my first time staying at the Ritz in Chicago and it did not live up to prior expectations. The door to our room actually locked us out after leaving it and almost took out the whole door jam when trying to get back in. They left the door jam broken and simply got us back in. Mold in the shower the floor to the bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned in months. Also found food and a fork behind the curtain upon arrival. Not impressed at all!

The hotel is lovely. The staff in the Club Room was beyond exceptional. Minor issues: the TP holder and the bath door handle were loose. Engineering fixed within a half hour. Excellent customer care.
