Nice hotel in the Windy City.

My daughter and I come into the city 4-5 times a year for Bulls games. We ALWAYS stay at the Whitehall. We are familiar with the area, parking is easy in the ramp and the front desk is always helpful and kind. We love staying there.

Hotel location was good and the room was big and comfortable. The hotel is a bit dated and we had problem with the water pressure in the washroom. The building has a good potential if only they spruce it up some more.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The building itself is classically beautiful. However I was very displeased to find hair all over the shower wall and floor. The fitted bed sheet was also dirty at the top near the head board, it looked like someone stepped there with their shoe. Also there was no mini fridge and as a pumping mom, I had no place to store my milk for my baby.

Great location. Puts you close to basically everything without being right in the thick of the crowds. Dog friendly, park not too far away. Parking is fairly convenient, in that it’s across the street. Price is good depending on time of year. Average everything else. Staff aren’t overly friendly, it’s clean, but it’s old so there are some nit-picky things that don’t impact what I would consider cleanliness.
