Vintage Beauty!
I had the best time staying here! It's such an adorable vintage space and has everything you need! I was really pleasantly surprised by the size of the room but the best part by far is the customer service! It's just so nice to walk in and have someone greet you and a friendly manner! Getting to stay here was such a treat and I would definitely do it again!

The Willows is a small, friendly hotel in a great neighborhood with lots of options for food, drink, shopping, entertainment, etc. Parking is off-site, but only half a block away.

We went to Chicago to go to Kingston Mines and the Willows Hotel is close to that. We thought the hotel had a parking lot, but they do not. There was public parking close by that cost us $42 for two nights. We had a few issues with the bathroom. No fan, no vanity, low water pressure, etc. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Hotel is old and outdated. Window unit in the room kept the room very humid and gross feeling. Sheets and everything felt wet, must have been some mold issues as our allergies started bothering us every time we were in the room. Bathroom was pink tile but shower had good water pressure and the bed was comfortable enough. I wouldn’t stay here again though

Aging hotel, friendly staff and comfortable beds!
Don’t expect much from this hotel as it’s clearly aging and could use a remodel. However, the staff are nice and the beds are comfortable, making this a great budget friendly place to rest your head.

The willows is a hidden gem!
A perfect stay!!! The staff were friendly and inviting. The hotel is decorated so cute. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean and well-provisioned with everything we needed. The neighborhood is perfect for walking- so many nearby parks, the lake, and delicious restaurants. We ate at The Happy Lamb, and Cubaneo. Both were delicious! Parking is nearby ($25/day) and very convenient. Can unload in front of the hotel for 15 min, and then park. Highly recommend this hotel and this area of Chicago
