Property is a joke 😃. Cancellation policy is garbage. Parking is the worst. Staff is horrible. Unreasoning and not willing to discuss anything. Will not book any travel through this chain.

I was a little bummed there are no microwaves in rooms or anywhere in the building to heat your food , valet parking is extremely expensive, my kids where having a good time playing in room laughing and joking at 6:00 pm when concierge came knocking saying we making to much noise , restroom door broken , shower head broken , tv remote didn’t work , called for batteries no showed up

They did not give us the room we paid for and were sold out. Since we booked with Expedia there was nothing they could do for the room price difference. We overpaid for a room we didn’t want. The room slept 2 people and we had it booked for 3 people. This was my birthday celebration.

We wanted something that was close to everything, theWit was the perfect place. We were able to walk to all of the areas of interest that we wanted to see. The service from check-in to check-out was wonderful. The doormen at night made sure that whoever was coming through the front was an actual guest of the hotel. This made the overall safeness of the hotel feel better. The room was clean, comfortable and up-to-date.

This is a beautiful property inside. It is very clean and staff are super nice and helpful. The main restaurant was awesome for breakfast. Valet parking was easy and they are super nice. I can’t fault them for anything really. Just a great experience all around.
