Great address, accessibility to shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately, the hotel only had one functioning elevator which is under construction. Originally, I was given the noisiest room on the floor in spite of requesting a quiet location. They finally moved me. The other minus is that room service is only available from 7-11 AM.

The property is absolutely nice. However very small, the only option to grab a bite and drink in the hotel is available after 5pm. They do have an option of a grab & go stand in the lobby with like a muffin & coffee. There is an option for room service from a neighboring restaurant via online ordering. I asked for a bottle of champagne to come to my room prior to my arrival and that did not happen. But it was made up by a $50 credit so they do own up to their reputation. Beware as only (1) elevator works as they do renovations. Other than that nice hotel with plenty to eat directly outside your doors

The hotel overall was great. We would have like the area around the shower to be cleaner. You could see gunk. Our air conditioner was out of the ordinary LOUD. Overall the hotel is nice, the area is amazing and close to everything we needed.
