Very nice room and beautiful view of the city, river and lake! The beds were very comfortable and love the water dispenser with still and carbonated water and the glass bottles could fill!

The property is crazy because you have to take 2 elevators to get to your room and both elevators are really slow so it’s very inconvenient. The tv in my room was crooked, the ice machines were out of order and my bathroom was leaking water. Maintenance said he’s told management they need to change the faucets but they refuse.

Our experience was good. The location is super convenient and walkable. We only had an issue with the sink in the restroom that was leaking and the plumber had to do some fixing. Other than that I would stay here again.

There’s room for improvement. The lady that checked me in was not familiar with all procedures to explain what I needed to know. Sam was amazing, he helped me with my parking situation and was extremely helpful. I wound of loved for the room to have it’s own microwave to avoid having to go 6 floors down to warm up food for my daughter. Another things is that the streaming on the tv was snot working and needed to watch live tv with hardly any channels for a kid.

Room was ok but outdated. Service was fair. I left a bag in my room by accident when I checked out. Called the hotel and asked for lost and found, but they didn’t help me. Instead they directed me to a website to report my lost item. It’s now 5 days later and they still haven’t called me back about the bag I left.
