Completely rehabbed 2 bedroom 1 bathroom high end, garden floor condo in a historic greystone, 5 minutes walk to Wrigley Field. And only 2 minutes walk to Clark or Halsted Streets. New open back porch for your enjoyment. Parking included.

For the safety and security of our guests we installed the security cameras outside the building. They are aimed at parking, front and rear building entry doors and outside passage. None are inside the apartments or in the spots where they would interfere with guests' privacy.

AMAZING Vrbo
We have stayed at many Vrbo locations, but this specific one was the BEST we have ever experienced. The owner literally thought of EVERYTHING, and the home was SPOTLESS. We always pack items that they may not include, but we didn’t have to this time. We had the privilege of meeting the owner, and he was a gem. We will definitely stay here again & also recommend to family & friends.

Everything about this unit was amazing: large space, toiletries, amenities, and food/drinks left over from previous people! Only thing I would say is: Wi-Fi coverage was below average in this unit, and there could’ve been more towels for more than the number of assigned people.

Wonderful Stay!
Our extended family rented the whole building of Wrigleyville Inn while we were in Chicago for our nephew's wedding. This included Units 1-3 & the Garden Unit. This is a BEAUTIFUL building in a great neighborhood with fun bars, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. Our host Peter was so accommodating, including giving us street parking passes along with the 6 spaces behind the building. Each unit is tastefully done and provided with top of the line amenities. Best of all there was even beer, water & other drinks in the frig. We very highly recommend this property and hope to stay again when we are in Chicago.

Extremely clean, as described, communication with and from the property owner was quick and specific. We arrived on a Monday for a Tuesday night concert at The Vic. The location was central to everything we sought out to do, walked to everywhere within 10 minutes. The included parking is a huge plus compared to other options we looked at. Neighborhood was quiet and free riff-raff. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway
We chose this place while looking for a location for a short weekend getaway. The location is right in the heart of Wrigleyville with easy access to multiple transportation modes (train/bus/rideshare). Parking was the trickiest part, but the host is kind enough to provide parking permits during your stay. The rooms are extremely clean and well taken care of. The touch of Chicago decor is a major plus. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great garden unit!
This apartment was great! It was super clean, very comfortable, and had evedything we needed for our quick overnight stay. The parking that is included is very convenient and the apartment is in a great location, close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops. We would definitely stay agian.

Awesome place to stay!!!
We loved the condo!!! It was beautiful, super clean, spotless actually and had everything we needed!! Great location!!! Peter, the host, is super nice too, he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We were in town for a Cubs game and Wrigley is literally a five minute walk down the road!!! Awesome location!! Thanks Peter, we’ll be back!!

Amazingly comfortable and modern apartment in a charming old building. Incredibly quiet but steps from the Red Line and all sorts of activity including bars/restaurants/shops in Boystown. Would love to stay here again.

I love this place!
We just stayed at this location for Fourth of July holiday weekend. It is super clean and very well appointed. The kitchen is brand new with quartz, countertops and beautiful backsplash. Spacious living room, and dining area. The bedrooms were perfect. Plenty of closet space and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was all brand new as well. New tile glass enclosure. Plenty of water pressure and beautiful sink. It’s in a great neighborhood and a very quiet street. You could just barely hear the rumbling of the L train, but not enough to wake me as I’m a light sleeper. It’s really convenient to the Wrigley and activities up that way as well as Halsted Street. Also, Belmont Harbor is super close. We rented bikes and rode downtown on a beautiful Fourth of July. It couldn’t have been a more perfect day. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it!
