I didn’t stay at the property the smell in the building and rooms were horrible I checked in and checked out within 15 minutes of arrival they didn’t refunded my money so I took a total lost

The staff was the best. We had some issues with the heat and they were there to fix it immediately. I also left something in the freezer and they were so kind to keep it cold until I returned to get it. It was reasonably priced and in a convenient location.

It was fine. HVAC was set to 68 degrees on heat when we arrived, but it felt like 75 degrees minimum. We set it to cool and 60 degrees and it cooled a little bit, but we had to open our balcony door to get the room to cool down. Wasn't the cleanest hotel I've stayed at. Easy to walk to convention center.

Poor, pitiful, place.
They couldn't give us a key to our room. They had to open door for us. Told us to come down later to get a key. I asked them to bring us one. They didn’t. We head to front desk later. Plan to get key on our way out. Husband with dementia forgets something in room. We couldn't just turn around. Had to go all the way to front desk and back up to room. Bed was hard and lumpy.

Only 2 towels, half a roll of toilet paper, room was right next to elevator very noisy! Walls are thin can easily hear people talking in bathroom. I knew there was no breakfast available, but I thought at least they would have a coffee pot in the lobby. Not much of a lobby to hang around in. The pool area was in despair

I should have done more research, anyway the place was meh. The room was a little small and didn’t know a rollaway bed wouldn’t fit, which didn’t look the cleanest. Reception wasn’t the friendliest in person or on the phone, kind of nonchalant. Only positive thing I can say is had an issue in the bathroom and it was done by the time I arrived back that evening. I also left a day early because just didn’t have the greatest vibe.

Wouldn’t stay here.
Pillows had no pillow sheets. I called down to get it fixed and no one came. So sleeping with them was uncomfortable. The TV was very staticky. The room itself had marks and torn wallpaper in different spots. Bathroom ceiling was peeling apart.
