"This is the most perfect accommodation, 10 minutes from the most beautiful sandy beach. The room was large, clean and so tastefully decorated. The bed and bedding was luxurious as were the towels. The shower was great. We did not meet the hosts but the checkin details were brilliant. We didnt stay for breakfast either but i have no doubt it would have been 5 star like the room Thank you"

"The Gables is stunning to look at but also really practical, everything has been considered and designed so you can enjoy your surroundings and look after them with ease. The area is incredible, lovely local pubs, shops and of course the huge sandy beach, but we spent a lot of our time at the house as it was such a fun and relaxing setting to be in. "

"The property is truly wonderful, in outstanding condition with comfy beds, excellent in suite baths in 3 of the 4 large bedrooms and the 4th is a short distance and large with a tub and shower. Large well stocked kitchen with two large adjacent living areas, great location near the water with a classic wonderful pub a couple hundred feet away. The neighborhood is very quite with almost no traffic. The yard is spectacular with a lovely pool (which we did not use due to the chilly rainy weather). Wonderful paths for walks along the waterfront and into the surrounding area. Chicester is only 15 minutes away so grocery shopping is easy. Many nice restaurants nearby. The best part of the home is the superb communication with the owners. They were very detailed in their instructions, immediately responsive to questions and obviously take great care and pride in their house. Thanks for a fantastic stay!"
