Check in was great service. I didn’t appreciate when check out is at NOON a wake up call at 9 am by staff asking if we’re staying in the room. Kids banging fits shut & someone’s dog barking were annoying.

Whenever we travel to Chickasha for family visits, we have found the Holiday Inn to be consistently friendly, clean, efficient, and a wonderful breakfast. Having tried the others along the same street, this is our favorite.

Elevator was broke. Grounds around didn't look like anyone was keeping them up. Everything looked a little "grungy". Room was clean but had an odor. Lots of mud tracked in side door and up stairway. With the other hotel options in town I'm not sure I would stay here again.

Comfy beds but not super clean.
Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable but a little noisy. Floors were not well cleaned. The room rate was ridiculously high. Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was good with many options.

Wish all front desk clerks was awesome like mine
I had a few issues with one of my rooms. It took 3 tries but they got me into a clean room. First room TV wasn't working. 2nd room hadn't been cleaned yet. So in the 3rd room they upgraded me to a suite then walked up to the room to ensure it was clean etc. No charge for the upgrade since I had trouble. The front desk lady was so polite each time.
