A quiet place, with great views of the natural park of the Bay of Cádiz.

Welcome! Our names are María del Mar and Jean, a married couple of more than 30 years who live together with two medium-sized dogs (shar-pei and labrador).

The plot is 1200 square meters and consists of my house and two separate apartments. One, Campo Alegre, above my house with magnificent views of the pool and the natural park of the Bay of Cádiz. Its decoration is cheerful and original.

The other, Mar Salá, is a small house facing the pool. It is completely adapted for people in wheelchairs, it has a beautiful stained glass window that wakes you up with a beautiful light and a beautiful and romantic decoration.

Ideal for couples. The pool is shared and has a free schedule, as well as two different barbecues. The apartments have the same price each and we only accept couples.

Punto d'appoggio per visita Cadiz e dintorni
La disponibilità di Maria e suo marito è stata eccellente; hanno arredato ed organizzato un ex garage ad appartamento ed il risultato è piacevole ed accogliente agli occhi. La pulizia è ottima e gli spazi sono buoni per 2 persone (un pò sacrificato per 4); le cose da migliorare sarebbero la pendenza della doccia (se non si fa attenzione allaga il bagno) ed il sistema di riscaldamento acqua calda (causa poca pressione per far si che la caldaia si accenda bisogna aprire anche il rubinetto della cucina ed attendere un pò). La cittadina di Chiclana non ha nulla da offrire ma lam posizione è comoda per le spiagge di Cadiz ed i vari paesi bianchi dei dintorni.

Ubicación perfecta para conocer la zona
Ante todo destacar la amabilidad del propietario y su atención, en todo momento pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera agradable. Los perros son muy buenos. Las fotos no se corresponden con el estado actual de la parcela, está algo dejado el jardín. Sin embargo la casita del jardín con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable.

Hemos tenido total independencia y lo mejor el respeto y trato recibido por la familia completa. La casa no está como en la fotos y el anuncio dice la barbacoa y las zonas comunes no están muy atendidas. Jean encantador y pendiente de cualquier necesidad o duda que nos surgiese. Los perros son muy buenos. El columpio d la piscina no está. La casa está muy bien ubicada con acceso rápido a la autopista. Hemos disfrutado de unas súper vacaciones.

Muy cómodo y agradable
Hemos alquilado las dos casas y hemos eatado muy cómodos. La piscina es un gustazo ( el agua caliente al final engancha! ). La casita de abajo tiene aire acondicionado y la de arriba unas vistas preciosas. Un gusto charlar con Jean. Coca y Eto tan bien adiestrados que no se hacen de notar. La parte atras y la zona de la barbacoa un poco descuidada pero es normal en una parcela grande. Para los próximos huéspedes: no olvidéis antimosquitos y los prismáticos para ver las bandadas de flamencos. Gracias por todo.

Wir könnten für drei Tage dieses wunderbare Domizil geniessen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail zusammengestellt. Como en casa pero con piscina ;)
Una semana fantástica y un excelente trato de los propietarios. Hemos estado dos adultos y dos niños en la casa de arriba. Esta bien equipada, muy bien decorada y con una terraza espectacular para comer y cenar con vistas al humedal ( flamencos, garzas) incluso un día vino un pato a nadar con nosotros a la piscina, espectacular. Por cierto, la piscina es de agua salada. El apartamento estaba limpio y el jardín tiene que mejorar un poco( estaban en ello, seguro que quedará espectacular). La mejor crítica? Pues que volveremos, sin duda
