Less that a 10 minute drive from La Barrosa beach, this house offers great value for money for spending a few days in a quiet area of Chiclana de la Frontera.

You can enjoy the private pool year round with family and friends.

The house consists of two bedrooms, lounge, bathroom with shower tray and a small but very well equipped kitchen.

In the exterior area you will find the pool, BBQ area and private parking.



The location is excellent as although you will be in a quiet area, the house is very close to the road network and the beach, which is only 5 km away, while Chiclana city centre is about 3.5 km away. Swimming pool available all year.

The house has a very good location as it is close to everything. La Barrosa beach is about five kilometers away, while the center of Chiclana is about three and a half kilometers away. It is also close to the highway to explore the province of Cadiz.

In the surrounding area there are several good quality restaurants, a car is recommended to enjoy them, although very close to the house you will find a bus stop of a main route.
