LOVELY FAMILY VILLA FULL OF CHARM IN THE PINES

Casa La Matosa is a very charming villa with swimming pool and wide pretty garden situated in the pretty urbanization of Los Guisos Pinar, in Chiclana de la Frontera, just 6/7 minutes drive from the famous beach of La Barrossa and 3/4 minutes from the beach of Sancti Petri. Well presented, it offers places to rest and relaxation in the shade or in the sun, but also usability for the whole family with its garden of 700m2. The fence around the pool is ideal for children's safety, the BBQ area behind the house is beautiful and very practical for outdoor dining.
The villa can sleep up to 8 people. The main house has three bedrooms, 2 with double bed and 1 with twin beds with large closet and ceiling fan. A modern family bathroom recently renovated with shower and toilet. The living room, fully air conditioned, has soft sofas, fireplace, TV, DVD, free WIFI, as well as table and chairs for eating in case you wish to eat inside. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and also gives direct access to the garden. There is a small house in the garden, ideal for teenagers, with a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a shower room with toilet. The washing machine is also there.
Many different spaces to be together, or most isolated choice, enjoy the pool and the pool house a few meters from the house.
8x4 pool, in front of the villa, enjoys the sun most of the day, the well maintained garden this gorgeous pine addition many local plants such as bougainvillea, hibiscus, roses, yucca and lemon.

Chiclana is a village and a resort on the Costa de la Luz in Andalusia, well known for the quality of its beaches but also its authenticity still preserved of the great tourism. Perfectly located, 20 minutes from Cadiz or Seville 75 minutes, it allows to flow easily in this part of Andalusia to discover the white villages such as Vejer de la Frontera (20), enjoy the coast of the Atlantic Ocean still very wild (Tarifa, Bolonia, El Palmar ..). Even a trip to Africa to Tangier in Morocco can be done very easily with a day trip by ferry from Tarifa (60mn). Consider traveling with your passport.

Fantastic villa!
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Matosa and would highly recommend to anyone interested. Communication with the owner was great, and the house was well thought out. Kitchen was very well equipped and decor throughout is nice. We know the area very well so we knew where to go etc but for anyone that has not stayed you will need a car. Our only problem was the pool was not heated and the weather was not as warm as it normally is at this time of year so with two small children it was too cold to use most of the time - but this is not anyone’s fault, just the weather’s! A really wonderful stay, best holiday yet for our family, and we would not hesitate to book again in the future.

Check in wasn’t particularly good. If you don’t speak Spanish it would be challenging as the housekeeper doesn’t speak English. The property itself is tired and needs updating. The kitchen was well equipped but some of the china was chipped. You do need a car to get anywhere. In the evening here are quite a few barking dogs locally. We have stayed in nicer cheaper properties in Spain. The location of the property was good for exploring the region and the local beach was beautiful

Fabulous winter get away
We arrived mid February 2022 for a 6 weeks stay. The house is just like the photos and description. The kitchen is extremely well equipped we cooked an evening meal every night. There was lots of bedding and bath and beach towels. We found the location perfect for the beach, Cadiz, Jerez, Seville and Ronda. The owner messaged weekly to check all was well with property and our holiday. We would definitely recommend.

Lovely holiday home
We stayed here at the end of April 2018. Had a lovely holiday, the villa is well equipped , it was like a home away from home. The gated pool was brilliant for our 3 little ones and the shaded areas were ideal. Hazel was very helpful and on the other end of the phone for us, thank you. The area is very spanish which we loved, we barely came across any brits 😜 also must try the tapas at Venta Zacaria just round the corner from the villa, it's Amazing! Especially the rusa. Thank you very much for a lovely holiday, we will definitely be recommending.

Alles super!
Es war alles super und in Ordnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bemüht. Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Wir benötigten für unsere Zwillinge zwei Reisebetten und dies wurde vom Vermieter im Vorfeld besorgt. Ja, die Dame, die den Check-in macht kann nur spanisch, aber die paar Dinge die erklärt werden müssen, bekommt man super auch mit wenigen Worten und Gesten hin. Dafür ist sie super nett und hilfsbereit. Für uns war es ein super Aufenthalt. Einmal die Woche kommt der Gärtner und der Poolreiniger. Dieser war sehr früh morgens da, den bekommt man nicht mal mit.

casa cara para la ubicación y estado
La casa están ubicada a las afueras de chiclana y a 55 minutos andando de la playa de la barrosa. La casa, estaba poco equipada (no tenía robot de cocina ni batidora, poco menaje de hogar) y tenía desperfectos que el propietario no quería invertir/mejorar ( la encimera partida, las persianas corrían mal, humedades en los armarios ) ya que quiere vender la casa (o eso nos comentaron las personas de mantenimiento). No obstante cuando se rompió la vitrocerámica, esta fue remplaza con rapidez. La comunicación con el dueño fue siempre buena y agradable y las personas de mantenimiento de la casa son correctas. A modo global, la casa estaba poco cuidada, el precio muy alto para lo que esperábamos por foto y dimensiones.

Sitio recomendable
El sitio es tal y como se explica en el anuncio. Una casa principal con tres habitaciones de cama de matrimonio, un baño con ducha y una cocina (pequeña pero bien equipada). Fuera hay una casita con dos literas y un baño, aunque se agradeceria un ventilador de techo como en el resto de habitaciones. La maravilla dela casa es el exterior: una piscina mas que suficiente y dos zonas de estar cubiertas. La primera de ellas junto a la piscina para pasar el rato y la otra, junto a la barbacoa en la zona trasera, ideal para comer y cenar. En general, recomiendo la casa tanto para grupos de amigos como para un par de familias juntas.

Nous avons été bien accueillis et la propriété est parfaite pour profiter des vacances, tout y est, sécurisée, parfaitement équipée et calme. Un paraíso un poco descuidado
Hemos estado una semana en casa de Bertrand. Paqui su asistenta nos dió el checkin correctamente, quizás un poco rápido. Atendió de inmediato un par de deficiencias. El cuidador de la piscina irrumpió en la casa sin preaviso y sin llamar rompiendo nuestra intimidad. El jardinero sí llamó al timbre antes de entrar. Piscina muy cuidada y centro brillante de la finca. Un diez. Los tres días con viento de levante, por la noche, muchísimos mosquitos bien armados. Mosquiteras en las ventanas. Baño reformado muy correcto. Se echa de menos un segundo lavabo en la casa. Mobiliario de las habitaciones un poco antiguo. Aire acondicionado sólo en el salón. Ventiladores en las habitaciones. En el pasillo distribuidor se necesita otro aparato. Cocina y nevera correctas. Abundante menaje y pequeño electrodoméstico. Ubicación estupenda. Camino de acceso, unos 500 M. horrible con muchos baches. Playa muy cerca pero en coche, claro. La caseta independiente, ideal para dos adolescentes, es un horno por las noches. Necesita aire acondicionado. En general todo está correcto y pasamos una semana ideal de vacaciones, excepto la caseta. El mobiliario exterior de la piscina, zona barbacoa, estupenda, y mesa cubierta cercana a la piscina es abundante y moderno. Muy bien. A la finca le falta en el exterior, una limpieza profunda. Se nota que lleva tiempo sin hacerse. Plantas, macetas, mesas .. La televisión un poco antigua la verdad . No tiene canales de pago. Por el precio del alquiler, creo que debería tenerlos. Y más cuando no se ven bien los canales nacionales en demasiadas ocasiones. Paqui dijo que es la zona con mala señal de TV. Dejamos la casa ordenada y limpia sin basura, tal y como se nos pidió. Checkout a las 12 horas. Nota media a todo lo que representa la finca y sus facilities, un 7,5 sobre 10. Gracias Bertrand por tu hospitalidad.

Lo mejor la playa y cadiz lo peor la casa
Demasiado caro para los servicios que ofrece y donde esta, el año pasado a pesar de lo vieja que esta la casa los armarios etc y q no es primera linea de playa al menos nos dejaron lo basico el detergente el jabon de las manos las bolsas de basura, pero este año tuvimos que comprar de todo , la tele no funcionaba ni la puerta x donde metiamos el coche , ni el secador de pelo ,nos encontramos el baño atascado , las mosquiteras todas rotas y la puerta forzada que se veia q habian entrado por mucha alarma q hubiese puesto podia haber cambiado la puerta , la limpieza muy deficiente nos dejaron la placa y la encimera sucias de grasa el cenador lleno de restos de comida y x consiguiente lleno de hormigas, en los armarios cajones q ni siquiera abren y olian fatal y las almohadas mas vale q las cambiasen , ni un triste juego de sabanas para cambiar y las q habia amarillas a no poder mas ....en definitiva muy caro en vista de todo esto , no volveremos

La casa fenomenal
Una de las habitaciones es demasiado pequeña para la cama que esta puesta, casi no hay espacio para pasar. La casita del jardin tiene unas literas justitas y subir y bajar se hacez incomdo. Los desagues van mal y no conseguimos ver la tele en los diez dias, el tal Manolo no aparecio a arreglarla. Por lo demas el jardin tiene mucho espacio , las zonas de comer estan fenomenal y la piscina genial, hay espacio para estar 8 personas sin agobios

Casa muy acogedora con todas las comodidades y bien ubicada Hemos pasado una estancia muy agradable Mejoraría la limpieza, ya que el primer día había cosas sin recoger, colillas... y creo que en estos momentos la limpieza es muy importante. La casa necesita algunos arreglos para seguir estando estupenda como la valla de la piscina o el desagüe de la ducha . Por lo demás .. es estupenda
