Amazing - couldn't have asked for more

The villa is well equipped and comfortable, providing everything we needed for our stay. We loved the pool and the outdoor space. It's in a good location for exploring many local towns and costal areas, but all do require a bit of a drive. We really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and would definitely return!

Maison bien équipée

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette villa. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut niveau équipement et elle est bien située par rapport aux commerces et pas très loin de Cádiz (+/- 20 minutes en voiture). Malgré un petit soucis avec les voisins, Francisco a fait en sorte que notre séjour se passe bien.

Agradable

Lugar agradable y tranquilo, la casa cuenta con todos los elementos anunciados. Es una villa compacta pero muy completa. Para llegar a ella, si uno no está acostumbrado a circular por este tipo de barrios de villas en extensión, es mejor llegar con luz de día, pero una vez se conoce el lugar se puede llegar muy fácilmente a todos las vías principales.

MUY MEJORABLE

La ubicación muy mala si quieres ir a la playa. 25 minutos en coche y sin tráfico. El horno se salía cuando abrías la puerta. Te dejan una cama supletoria que está rota y la tienes que dejar a ras de suelo. La cisterna del vater no funcionaba bien y había que echar cubos de agua para que se tragara el papel. Te hacen irte a las 10 de la mañana para que les de tiempo a limpiar y te cobran 35€… hasta ahí todo correcto.. pero luego resulta que si usas las toallas y las sábanas que te ofrecen o las dejas limpias o te cobran 15€ más… la piscina está muy bien pero en la página web no sale ni una foto de la parte de atrás porque está sin terminar… el suelo de cemento a medio terminar de poner baldosas.

Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Vaz hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Pool ist genial. Wir konnten uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr gut erholen. Für uns war es die ideale Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Es una casa preciosa y acogedora. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. Un lugar muy tranquilo. El dueño es muy amable y Francisco es encantador, está pendiente a todo lo que necesites. Sin duda si vuelvo a chiclana iré a esta casa. Es una maravilla encontrar algo tan acogedor con personas tan amables. Muchas gracias por todo Francisco, volveremos de nuevo seguro.

No sé puede pedir más

La casa es nueva y está bien cuidada, tenía todo lo necesario, la piscina nos ha venido muy bien, sobretodo a las niñas. La ubicación, aunque un poco alejada de las playas, estaba bastante bien situada, en 25' estabas en cualquier punto. Por último quería dar las gracias a Francisco, ha sido muy amable durante estos meses de pandemia, se ha preocupado por nosotros y nos ha dado todo tipo de facilidades
