Perfect location and wonderful experience!
Annie and her crew know exactly how to care for their guests. Arrived to find flowers, a hand-written note, and treats! Beautiful home in the best location. Highly recommend!

Great spot in Chico, near DT and campus
We were in Chico for a wedding and were lucky to find this gem. Darling house walkable to downtown - interior was well appointed, beds comfy and nice big kitchen. Was a much better alternative than a hotel as we had space to hang out, highly recommend!

Emma is coming home
We were in Chico to pack up my daughter and loved how close the house is to the CSUChico. Very spacious with an outdoor seating area in the back. Annie was there cleaning leaves that had fallen to make sure we could enjoy the back yard which we did with a glass of wine. Very responsive to a few questions we had. Loved the little extras like the snacks and the ice cream coupons. We have three years left to visit the area and will definately stay again.

Craftsman bungalow with good bones
Bidwell Bijou is a beautiful craftsman house remodeled for the modern day. Furnishings are good if a bit spare. Location is fantastic. Those who wish to cook in the “gourmet” kitchen will find it under supplied, but if all you need is a microwave and a coffeemaker, this is a great place. Everything was exceptionally clean, and beds were comfortable.

This house is exaclty as advertised in a really nice part of Chico, a block from Bidwell park and centrally located. The house was super clean and has a cute back patio not pictured in the listing. Definitely going to stay here again!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. Charming house in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to town. The kitchen is updated and spacious. We even had room to do yoga. Property owner is friendly and easy to get a hold of.

Wedding weekend
We needed a place for our sons wedding weekend. Original booked just Friday snd Saturday but at the last minute decided to try and add Thursday. The host was very quick to respond and was able to accommodate us. We was wonderful. The home was peaceful and thoroughly enjoy our quite time here during the crazy busy wedding weekend. First time in Chico and definitely want to come back. This home is super close to great restaurants best breakfast at Mama’s and cute shops. Beautiful paths to Bidwell park close by and lots of room for a family. Great time!

We stayed at the Bidwell Bijou for a girls’ weekend. It’s a lovely, spacious home with all the amenities one would hope for. The location makes it so easy to walk or run through Bidwell Park and access many of the shops and restaurants in the downtown area. Plus: Easy and friendly communication with owners.

Charming cottage in lovely neighborhood.
The Bidwell Bijou served as the perfect home base for myself and a cadre of co-workers who were teaching at CSU-Chico. It was an easy 15 minute walk to campus through a lovely neighborhood of old homes and tall trees. Our house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to unwind after work and to plan for the next day. The owner was very responsive. I highly recommend this place!

Charming Chico house close to beautiful Bidwell Park
House is beautifully renovated, has all amenities needed for a memorable stay. 3 bedrooms all queen beds were a plus. Back yard needs trimming and outdoor furniture was coated with dust and ash from NorCal fires. Love the close proximity to Bidwell Park, Saturday Farmers Market, downtown Chico's many quaint shops and local restaurants. We would love to rent this home again. Only thing missing are some bikes in the garage to ride through the park

This home is amazing on a beautiful street, luxurious kitchen and the whole home is decorated beautifully. Wonderful porch out front and deck in the back along with a garage. Close to downtown and the park. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Chico and would definitely rent again.
