Nice place if you are on a budget, good bed, clean bathroom, shower etc. Claiming to have breakfast is really cheating as there was literally nothing when I went and nobody was there to restock etc.

Best place to stay in Oroville
Great customer service with friendly staff. The room was clean and maintained but older hotel. Found a few small bugs (cricket, milipede, moth) when we first checked in but think this may have been due to the door being left open during initial cleaning. Pool was cold, clean and available as it was hot during our visit! Able to extend our visit another day the morning of check-out which was greatly appreciated. Internet went out late at night and they told us to call anytime and they'd assist but we didn't want to keep waking them up when we got back late. Plenty of lighting for safety. Limited channels but you can access your Netflix. Didn't hear any noise from other guests or the street and A/C worked great without making a lot of noise. Bathroom had good water pressure and space. Ice machine worked and they had a soda machine available as well. Overall glad I went with this hotel and would definitely stay here again the next time I visit. Also close to food and gas places and a park just a few blocks down.

The older man at the desk was not nice. He was down right rude. I lost my key and was afraid to get another. I would never stay here again and now when i see Wyndham I will think twice about booking a room. It was advertized having a pool, it did but wasn't heated.

Great stay
Rooms have been remodeled and the outdoor areas were very clean. Quiet location with a large empty lot next door that fishermen were using to park their boats and trailers. would stay here again
