Necesita remodelación.
La habitación estaba sucia y demasiado deteriorada, se entiende que es un hotel antiguo pero las cosas como las cortinas, sillas, tapete, sábanas y toallas está manchados, sucios y rotos. La cama dura. Aunque nos cambiaron de habitación la situación no mejoro. Agradezco que hayan aceptado la cancelación de las noches no usadas. No se puede bookear por Hotels porque adicionan el tax así se pague con tax. No me han hecho la devolución del Taxi por las no hea que me cancelaron

The hotel is located in a nice place in Bogotá, although it is very busy and noisy. The room was large and comfortable. Nice soft sheets but a very hard mattress. The hotel also charges in dollars, and breakfast and everything is very expensive compared to other better hotels. Some staff are better than others. The hotel definitely can improve in every way, especially buying new towels and not washing them with vinegar. That's kind of rude to their guest.

My mother had an accident for Lack of maintenance
Poor maintenance. My mother had an accident in the lobby's restroom because of the lack of proper maintenance. The gym is also another area where you can see the lack of interest in this Hotel to take care of its customers. During my mother's accident, the front desk personnel contacted the Manager to ask for guidance and everything was oriented to hide what happened. The Manager never contacted me back, there was not even a note. The bed mattress is as hard as a rock. These people care nothing about hospitality.
