They charged me twice on my card, I had already paid on Expedia, and at the hotel they asked me for my card to corroborate the payment, I told the owner that night that they were charging me again by the hotel, he was upset, I have already called I went to Expedia 3 times, and sent screenshots of the bank, hotel receipt, and screenshot of the bank, and they did not resolve anything after 10 days

A very enjoyable stay!
Excellent check in experience. The young woman at reception Isa (I hope I spelled her name correctly), was warm, welcoming and very helpful. Check in was a breeze. The room is clean, with plenty amenities. A very enjoyable stay.

Better than I was expecting for the price, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the location was convenient, and some breakfast options available in the lobby early in the morning (yogurt, coffee, juice...) was very helpful. The room was quite comfortable as well, just some minor aesthetic maintenance issues.

Nice medium priced hotel near the race track and centrally located in Willows. Reasonably new, clean rooms and very rudimentary breakfast, Starbucks two doors away.

Older resort but well maintained. Very clean! We were very pleased to find such nice accommodations in such a small town. It was surrounded with many fast food options. Really appreciated the nice size refrigerator with a large freezer compartment. Impressed with how quickly the water heated up for a shower and the toilets conserved water and were quiet in their flushing. Nice selection of breakfast foods, cereal, pancakes, toast, yogurt and fruit. People were quiet after 10 pm until 6 am when they warmed up their cars before departing on their journey. Not the hotels' fault by any means.

Miserable Stay
Power went out. Left early to somewhere that still had power. I paid through hotels.com, yet the hotel decided to charge me too. Then they refunded to credit card that wasn’t mine. Waiting for a refund.

Just what we needed. Easy, off the main highway, parking was a piece of cake. Allowed our doggies. Have a little green spot with a fence that made potty breaks super easy and convenient. Personally would prefer no carpet in rooms but that’s a preference. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean. I am easy to please and we got everything we wanted. Thank you Super 8!

My room was canceled because I did the pre-check in process and there was an issue with my CC apparantly. They said they called me but they didn’t. My CC was fine, I think they wanted to take a walk in with an up charge over my rate. Lesson learned never do a pre-check just pay when you arrive….
