The hotel is a little gem in the Centro historic area. Steps away from the Cathedral and many restaurants all throughout the pedestrian areas. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very tasty as well. Unfortunately, we were there only one night but would stay here again on a future trip.

The staff was very nice. However, the hotel is lacking many things, like soda machines, ice, no coffee maker in the room and breakfast should start at 6:00 or 6:30 to accommodate guests with early flights. I appreciated the good WiFi.

The hotel only offers 1 free parking for the day, if you need to move several times per day you need to pay for the extra parking fees.

Property is very clean and convenient to downtown. Staff is friendly and helpful. The one thing they can improve upon is ability to recycle trash, however, it's not common in Mexico to make this a priority yet due to infrastructure recycling issues and not making this yet a priority.

Classic Hotel in Central Chihuahua
Easy to book and easy to find, the staff was helpful in getting our car parked - across the street in an excellent facility. The rooms were clean and serviceable. Due to the pandemic, no breakfast was served but the staff did provide us with fruit and juice to take with us.

Highly recommend this hotel.
The complimentary breakfast was perfect and the hotel staff is beyond helpful. Our room was a stone's throw from the cathedral and the bells didn't bother us a bit. The hotel is in the historic district and so convenient for walking tours everywhere. We got a taxi right outside the hotel to go to the Grutas el Nombre de Dios and to Pancho Villa's home. All in all we loved our experience at Hotel Plaza. We'll book there again when we go back.
