The whole service was wonderful, they helped us to set the laundry machine they helped with advice to find souvenirs at down town and. Gave us a ride to the bus stop for the way back! They helped us to clean a blouse with a hard stain. In general, they were able to run an “extra mile” to met our traveling needs! Thank you hotel team!

SUPER SMALL ROOMS - NOT COMFORTABLE
The hotel is good for a quick stay but not for extended time or various days. The rooms are tiny! and bathroom is also incredibly small with very limited stay.

Awesome View on the 5th floor
Friendly, comfortable, very clean and basic daily breakfast. My only complaint is that your room key has be reactivated every day at the front desk. Very INCONVENIENT. Great price!

Good hotel for business travel
This is a great hotel for a short business stay. Don’t expect the same comfort as in other hotels. The walls are a bit on the thin side, the overall distribution of the room makes it look smaller than it really is. The pros: the very accommodating staff, the breakfast service, the WiFi. The cons: the toiletries, the thimble sized shower, and the ventilation-less bathroom.

Weekend in town for family party
This is the second time that I stay at this hotel. My first time was OK due to location, price and service but this time I got disappointed for different things such as poor customer service, especially from the kitchen staff. The breakfast was good but it would be better if you change it a little bit for people staying more than one night. We stayed 4 nights and they had the same menu every morning. The room was not completely clean when we got there, I saw a couple of hairs here and there. Although we put the "keep out" sign, they still got into the room to clean it. One thing that I really liked was that we had to activate the key cards if we left early morning and came back late in the evening, they explained that it was for security reasons and I agree. I think I'd recommend it for people staying a maximum of 2 nights.
