We were given the worst room: didn't function the shower, the air conditioning, the TV, the door secure broken. No longer provide amenities like water. Breakfast poor quality and variety: everything too hot with too much chilli and hot species and combined with pork products (not everybody eat pork and derivates. No options at all) We asked for another room or solution... No response. I was OVERCHARGED 15.78 US-DOLLARS. Received an email response saying that with give solution... But no solution at all yet. The correct solution would be the reimbursement of the amount overcharged...

I was surprise on how comfortable this hotel was. It was clean and the staff was very nice. The only complain I have was with the front desk person. We arrived about 1 hour earlier, so we stayed in the lobby waiting because we were tired of driving. The front desk personnel called us until 2:59 not a minute before. We were waiting for 2 rooms and part of my family had been there a day before. Also, when I tried to call my family at the hotel, because their phones had no battery, the same person said he will not call them again because he had already called them and they did not answer.
