Wonderful Hotel Despite The Hard Beds
Our stay was beyond wonderful! Such a great price compared to the lower quality places around it. That being said, the mattresses are SO HARD, and it took four pillows stacked to equal two. Not enough to make the stay unpleasant, but definitely noticeable. Will definitely stay again.

We checked in late at night and the room was so filthy One bed the sheets were dirty. Hair all over sink n tub...furniture filthy with dust I couldn't believe it. I took pics!!

The bathroom was not clean. The shower floor was dirty, the shower head was awful, the bathroom walls were dirty, the sink was dirty. The breakfast was crummy...coffee not hot, no pastries, no hard boiled eggs. Did not get a receipt when checking out...said I had to get it from Hotels.com which has never happened in 25 years of using hotels.com

Hotel has problems with their kitchen and breakfast options Some of the entry doors lock mechanisms were compromised Task chairs very uncomfortable Beds are great! Rooms are clean & tidy. Hotel is extremely clean!

There was a sewer smell in the lobby that needs to be addressed. The breakfast was limited due to a non-working oven. We've stayed here on several occasions, now this location is showing its age. Around the entrance needed to be cleaned.

Good job ladies!
Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely nice. We stopped in earlier in the day to check the hotel out bc of the bad reviews. Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and I told her at check in exactly why we came in. There was a little lacking in the breakfast area the next morning. Coffee ran out, all brews, waffle ingredients ran out, but the young woman got to her feet and decided to work. No big deal. Was happy with the hotel itself.

This is the third Hampton we stayed in that was dirty the night stand next to the bed was so filthy I could not believe it.
