I was not overall impressed that both the ice machine on 2nd floor and coffee machine in lobby and my room did not work. The pool opening at 8am is terrible people like to get a morning workout in can’t!! The only positive thing about this hotel was the AC worked very well!!

While the hotel could use some physical upgrades, we found it to be very comfortable and clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the amenities were exactly what we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus Country Meadows Inn. The hotel was clean and was in a great location! The breakfast menu was amazing however, the staff serving the breakfast were not very friendly. Other than the service during our breakfast time - we were happy that we had stayed there.

Overall disappointing stay at Best Western. The hotel was just clean enough to get by, but upon closer inspection it was filthy. Lobby stairs carpeting to 2nd floor packed with mud and dirt. Room, looked clean on 1st glance, but when you actually used it, the bathroom still had long hairs stuck on the tile. Mold in the grout. It just seemed like a place where they were cutting corners everywhere. There's not a dedicated purpose built breakfast area, so they've converted a room at the end of the hallway on the 2nd floor into a breakfast area. It's too small and unventilated so you'll leave smelling like the breakfast sausage. The gym doesn't open until 8am! And you have to be let in by the front desk! The gym doesn't have any towels of any kind cloth or paper. Nothing to wipe down the equipment before and after use. The common area garbage bins remain unemptied for days with garbage spilling out of the opening. I expected so much better from Best Western but compared to other hotel brands, it was hugely disappointing.

Arrived at 130 in the morning.. attendant was available...had 3 teenage children with me..... l already thought the rate was higher than l wished to pay.. woman at the desk told me to sign a paper paying for breakfast.. l said it is complimentary.. she said no you have kids... l said l am not even going to breakfast... she said its policy and l had to pay anyways...its a joke.. also my son found a paper wrist bracelet in the blankets and sheets.. way to rip people off
