This is a new apartment located in 272 Street and Fraser Highway, Aldergrove, BC.

The apartment will be rented out together with kitchen utensils and furniture.

You can either cook your meals or you can order food from a special Indian restaurant that will deliver food to your doorstep which includes 6 Parata, Rice, 3 curries, raita, salad just for CAD 10, which is sufficient for 2 meals. So it will cost you only $5 a meal.

This unit has separate bedroom, bathroom and living/dining area separately.

This place is NOT a long term rental. This is a new apartment for short term regular travellers & for quarantine.

We follow all the government cleaning protocols, hence it’s very safe.

This unit has the following and it’s not shared with anyone:

I only stayed for one night out of the 6 that I booked. I just couldn’t stay there due to the condition of the place. The place was not clean, the inside of the fridge was dirty, the bed linen did not smell or look clean and the unit did not have many of things they had listed as being included with the rental. It is located in a safe area close to many restaurants.

The construction right at tge front was so annoying. Lots of dust in the rooms you have to keep your shoes on. The microwave plate was missing so could not use the microwAve and the water kettle did not work at all.

Upon arrival I was overwhelmed by the smell of the apartment, very stale and dirty smelling. The floor was dirty, the fridge had stains and spills in it. Knowing I was going to be responsible for the condition I reached out to the property owner with my concerns and the floors and apartment were marginally cleaned the next day. Basic room and would be ok for a couple nights if it was clean upon arrival but it just wasn’t.

The place is very small. The pictures in the website aren't accurate. There's a bed and a sofa bed and no space for anything else. If you plan on booking this place with more than 2 people don't.

The apartment was very dirty. There was dental floss stuck to the wall in the bathroom, the pull out bed was so dirty and EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE, the linen that was given for the pull out had animal hair and other peoples hair on it, the towels were musty smelling, i killed a cockroach running across the bathroom floor. The laundry facilities are only to be used until 8:30 pm but at 10:15pm it was still being used, which makes the entire apartment shake (no exaggeration!). One of the rules was that we had to sweep up after our stay, which seemed silly, as we paid a cleaning fee. The garbage also had to be removed from the apartment, but there was only 1 garbage can in the bathroom. The shower was duct taped at the bottom, there was also nowhere for the shower head to mount to, making showering difficult. I had expectations of a clean apartment and was extremely disappointed with my stay. I will never stay there again. My suggestion to future travelers would be to walk through before paying - the pictures don't accurately show what you're getting yourself into.

QUIET BUILDING, EASY CHECK IN
Good experience. Clean, comfy. Separate bedroom and washroom in the unit. Easy Check in and out. Quiet building, no issues...everything worked. Only complaint.... had a TV but NO Cablevision/roku/DVD... also needs an alarm clock. Will stay again and recommend. Thanks Niro!
