Subject: Disappointment with Stay and Lack of Communication

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly impacted my experience and led me to cancel my planned extended stay.
Firstly, I was not informed in advance about the ongoing construction work at the hotel, which created constant noise and made it impossible for me to relax during my visit. This was especially frustrating as I had chosen your hotel for a peaceful and comfortable stay, and the noise made that impossible.
Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there were no suitable TV entertainment options available for children in the rooms. When I raised this concern with the reception, I was told that I should bring my own laptop, which was far from an ideal solution for a family-friendly hotel. The lack of proper amenities for kids made the situation even more frustrating.
As someone who works in the hospitality industry (I am the Outlet Manager at the Sheraton Airport Hotel), I understand the importance of clear communication and setting realistic expectations for guests. I would have appreciated being informed about the construction and other disruptions ahead of time, so I could have made a more informed decision about my stay.
