I stayed for one night on my way back to Alberta. I was in one of the pet friendly rooms and it was good. There was an issue with my fridge/freezer in my room. But I went and spoke with the night manager and he so helpful and allowed me to put what I needed to keep frozen in their freezer. Check in and check out was super easy. Staff was very friendly. You can tell it’s an older hotel but they have kept it well maintained and I couldn’t beat the price. It was very reasonably priced, and the pet fee was very reasonable. I will definitely be staying here again on my next road trip to BC. One thing that really made me book here, was there late check in. My ferry didn’t arrive in Vancouver till 1am and they have check in until 2am I believe. I did phone after booking to let them know I would be arrive a few minutes after 2am and they were very accommodating.

The rooms were relatively clean, but dark. Basic room. The pool is in a basement and the hot tub was greenish brown and smelled like raw sewage.The shower area in the pool was not working. The service was not bad, but not exceptional in anyway. The breakfast was basic, toast, sweets, yogurt, cereal. The hot food was empty the whole time we were there but it was busy.

Our check in was fast and easy. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Driving from Sask to Victoria we didn’t have a great experience with our stay in Revelstoke so was happy it was a better experience!

Only reason I’m giving 4 stars, is the beds in our room were a bit hard and springy and we found it difficult to get around since there’s only one elevator and every time we needed to go up or down, we had to wait for several passes as the elevator was always full so we couldn’t get on right away. Other than that, hotel was clean, staff were friendly, parking was plentiful (and secure!) and the free hot breakfast was great. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked clean and in good repair, with a Waterslide! Will likely return for the next time we’re in the area.

Nice dated comfortable, friendly staff, spacious, booked through Expedia and didnt get the type of room i ordred. Suppose to be 2 rooms with 1 king and queen. Amazing and friendly staff. Room was clean and in good condition. Bed was extremely comfy, I usually toss and turn with back pain but slept very comfortably for once. Our key was a little tricky, it took 4-5 tried before the light would turn green and we could open the door. Free breakfast was great and the big open dinning was wonderful.
