all great n cozy, drainage works well, hot water is awesome, aircon was working great. it's near downtown but away from the rowdiness. the only annoying part was mozzie.
This is extremely grim location. We checked in and out after being given a room on the top floor at the back. Looked out onto filthy slums and rats below. Staff were nice

Worst hotel of every stayed in!
First room they gave me head of the bed was lower than foot of the bed. Also very noisy outside the window. They switched my room it was OK until the second night realized the air conditioner wasn’t cooling and dripping condensation on my head and pillow. The staff solution was to pull my bed away from the wall and give me another pillow! I requested another room. In the third room I found a menu for Hotel meals I never knew existed before. I requested a 6 AM taxi for the morning. I went downstairs around 545 and hotel staff are sleeping on the floor in the lobby dining area. I asked for coffee and one got up made coffee and then went back to sleep. New personnel arrived and just let them sleep well she started to prepare breakfast, but didn’t offer me toast or anything before I left.
Had single room double bed with great shower and comfortable bed.
Staff was great always helpful and smiling really enjoyed their service during breakfast. Complimentary breakfast was a tasteful bonus as well.
The staff are English speaking, and they are all super friendly and helpful during my trip there. Free wifi and breakfast and toiletries are provided. Location is good too. A short taxi ride away from shwedagon pagoda and sule pagoda
Clean hotel and good for staying as a solo traveller. Their staff was the best, very helpful. 20 minutes walking from Sule Pagoda and other attractions near by taxi.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room with great bed. Good breakfast with excellent coffee (which along with tea and water is on offer at all times). 15th Street is a very convenient location. Sad to say goodbye.
This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in for value for money. It is clean, cosy, with plenty of room. The breakfast was great each morning. There is free water and coffee and tea all day. The bet thing though is the service. The staff there all go beyond with everything. Nothing is an issue for them. They are the nicest people you will meet. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
This is a small hotel close to downtown Yangon, the main market and the Circle Line. Rooms are very small and not the place to spend a lot of time. Breakfast is basic but adequate and there are cheap restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. The downside for us was that the rain leaked into the bathroom an d also onto the bed and we had to relocate to a very small room
We stayed here on out last night in Myanmar after 3 weeks, and this was the best accom (for value) of the whole trip. Wish we had stayed here in Yangon at the start. Staff friendly, rooms somewhat modern, very clean. Great information from staff and maps available. Very happy.
E poi...gran caldo! Non so le altre camere ma. ..ok solo x 1 notte!
Il top il personale...
