The main thing I needed from this hotel was a clean and safe place to sleep and shower. It provided that, but if you're looking for anything more, this hotel is not for you. The second thing I needed from the hotel was a place to leave my bags during the day after checkout, and it didn't provide that. It also didn't provide an answer to my simple question about whether I could leave my bags there. A few days before arrival, I asked about this via email, and was told to ask when I checked in. But when I arrived, the person who checked me in barely spoke enough English to handle the check-in process and clearly would not have been able to understand and answer my question. The check-out process the next morning consisted in nothing more than dropping my room key in a box, and I didn't see any staff on site that I could ask about leaving my bags. Not being able to leave my bags with the hotel made the following day much more logistically complicated for me and almost made me miss an event I had a ticket for. If the hotel had just answered the question via email when I had asked before arrival, I could have made alternate arrangements and saved myself a lot of time and stress.
