Bedsheet had hair of different types. When asking the front desk, they thought we had already changed rooms and wanted to change again. They also said they already asked the room to be cleaned but obviously that didn't happen.

Very clean room. Eco-friendly. Staff was awesome. Very welcoming and helpful. The free breakfast was awesome as well. So many different options especially for your little picky eaters. Overall great stay!

Booked a night at this location on Nov 2, 2024 for a checkout on Nov 3, 2024. Arrival at the property was met by a response of expedia has oversold the hotel, and there are no rooms available. I left the hotel and booked in the towne place suites in the same plaza. As of right now i have not received my refund for the my non-existent stay, as The holiday Inn, is refusing to issue a refund for the stay, due to general manager never being present in the hotel, and expedias email and phone calls to the property, never being returned. This is a case of a greedy company like IHG deciding to keep 200 dollars and screw over the consumer. While Expedia, is even more unprofessional, and plain stupid in the handing of this complaint, which will have no resolution, due to their inept nature

My wife and I came in late because of a flight delay. I tried calling and messaging 6 hours ahead of time to let them know we would be arriving after midnight. I was unable to get a hold of anyone. When we did arrive, the front doors were locked. Nobody answered the intercom. We banged on the windows to get the night attendant’s attention. Then, they gave us our room number and keys. The key didn’t work, thankfully, because they placed someone else in our reserved room. He was unhappy being woken at 4 am. Then they gave us a downgraded room, which we accepted because it was 4 am and we were exhausted. When I asked about a refund for the room downgrade, I was offered points because I was a member (I’m not a member, they gave me someone else’s room). Also, breakfasts were inadequate and their coffee was terrible. Clean place. Terrible management. I asked to speak to management because I understand front desk people don’t have the ability to make decisions or refund money. Still waiting to hear back.
