About 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Regla and Camarón is this magnificent apartment on the first floor of a villa built in a very quiet area of single-family homes. The owner lives on the ground floor of the house; it is about two totally independent houses one from the other.

The terrace.- It has about 30 m2, it is very sunny, it has south orientation and the sun gives in it from very early until late afternoon. It is covered with an awning, which can be take off completely or partially at will. In it there is a table and four armchairs with their cushions and loungers, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The terrace, which is protected from the view of neighboring houses, is ideal for sunbathing, eating outdoors, reading in the evenings or enjoying summer nights. From the terrace you can access the roof.

The dining room.- There is a dining table and four chairs, a convertible sofa that converts into a double bed of 135 x 190 cm, an entrance console and a silversmith furniture. It has air conditioning and heating, internet connection by cable and by wifi and satellite television (national and foreign channels).

The master bedroom. - Has a double bed of 135 x 190 cm., Two bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe. It has air conditioning, heating and wifi. Upon request, a cot can be provided.

Double bedroom.- It has two single beds of 90 x 190 cm., Bedside table, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, heating and wifi.

The kitchen.- It is independent, it is fully equipped: Refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, blender, iron, kettle, etc. and all the kitchen utensils.

The bathroom.- There is only one bathroom, with a shower, a 135 cm bath, a bidet, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer.

The garage.- It has a garage space for one car.

Activities in the area:
In Chipiona and around Chipiona you can see and practice a lot of activities. Of course everything about the sea and the beach, such as fishing, swimming, surfing, snorkelling, scuba diving, sailing, water skiing, etc.
We can also practice golf, tennis, horseback riding, boating, beach walking, biking.
Chipiona has numerous restaurants and bars.
And not far away two parks declared Biosphere Reserve: The Park of Doñana Natural Park of Grazalema.

Chipiona it is located to 54 km. Of Cadiz, the capital of the province. From her, it is acceded to Chipiona by the A-4 (Madrid-Cadiz), until El Puerto de Santa Maria and we will take the A-491 there that will take to Chipiona.

How is the area?
The quiet town of Chipiona, is located northwest of the coast of Cadiz, on the Costa de La Luz, just 52 km. Cadiz, the capital of the province is the oldest city in the West (3,000 years).
The origins of Chipiona goes back to Roman times. The most emblematic monument in Chipiona perhaps its lighthouse, which dates from 1867 and is built at Punta del Perro, in the same place where Quinto Servilio Cepión, the tower was built in 140 BC.
We can also see the Shrine of Nuestra Señora de Regla, with its Moorish cloister of the XV century and the image of the Virgin (twelfth or thirteenth century). The Parish of Nuestra Señora de La O (XVI century), the Castle was probably built on another of Arab origin around the year 1295 and the Fisheries Corrales (believed to be Roman).
From Chipiona, you can visit the wineries, the School of Equestrian and the Racing Circuit (in Jerez), the horse racing on the beach (in Sanlúcar de Barrameda), or to the Route of the White Towns in the Sierra de Cadiz, north of the province. The route enters the Grazalema Natural Park, declared a Biosphere Reserve, a must for those who enjoy active tourism and rural tourism.
And not far away, across the river, another natural park, the Doñana Natural Park.
Since Chipiona we can make excursions to Cadiz (52 km), to Seville (105 km), to Jerez de la Frontera (27 Km), to Ronda (150 km), to Malaga (260 km), to Gibraltar (145 km) toTarifa, the Windy City (150 km), to Portugal, Vila Real de Santo Antonio (250 Km), and even to Morocco. To go to Morocco, we will do by road to Algeciras (130 km), then board the ferry to Ceuta (1 hour of trip, 6 crossings daily) or to Tangier (1 hour trip, 40 trips per week). You can ship the car at the Ferry.
In the area of Chipiona you can see and practice a lot of activities, but especially we can enjoy its 12 Km. of magnificent beaches of fine golden sandy, some of them, awarded with the Blue Flag of the Clean Seas of Europe.

Superbes vacances
Très beau et grand logement au 1er étage, complètement équipé (il ne manque rien) et très propre. La terrasse est grande et très agréable et très bien équipée en protections solaires. Les propriétaires habitent au Rdch et sont très discrets et en même temps disponibles pour chacune de vos demandes, ils sont super sympathiques et d'une grande gentillesse. La situation du logement est idéale, dans une rue très calme, très proche du centre ville, à pied 10mn et il y a plein de petits commerces à proximité pour dépanner. Merci à Mari et Antonio, Anna et Gema de nous avoir permis de passer des vacances dépaysantes et reposantes, nous reviendrons très certainement dans cette location si revenons dans la région.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage
Wir haben uns im Hause bei Antonio und Mari sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel, aber doch zentral, d.h. nicht weit vom Strand, guten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Antonio zeigte und erklärte uns bei der Ankunft alles in der Wohnung und ließ uns für den Rest unseres Aufenthaltes gänzlich ungestört. Für Fragen steht er jederzeit zur Verfügung. Es hat uns so gut dort gefallen, dass wir den nächsten Aufenthalt in 2020 bei Antonio und Mari schon gebucht haben.

Eine stilvolle, perfekte Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Diese Wohnung im Obergeschoss, mit wunderschöner, großer Terrasse und Morgensonne, hat alles für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in landestypischer Atmosphäre. Chipiona ist -jetzt in der Vorsaison- wochentags sehr ruhig und viele Lokale sind oft nur am Wochenende geöffnet. Der Playa De Las Tres Piedras, ein paar kurze Autominuten entfernt, war für uns ein Highlight. Relaxen pur... mit den vorhandenen Liegestühlen und dem windfesten Schirm aus der Wohnung, optimal. Sehr nette Vermieter, auch ohne eine gemeinsame Sprache zu sprechen... unkompliziert.

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung
Die große Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss über dem Haus des Vermieters. Antonio kann zwar jederzeit um Hilfe gebeten werden, aber er mischt sich nicht ungefragt ein. Sehr angenehm! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat eine schöne Terrasse sowie zusätzlich einen Freisitz auf dem Flachdach.Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut: nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und Stadtzentrum. In der Nähe sind genügend Geschäfte und Restaurants. Während der Weihnachtstage war nicht alles geöffnet, aber wir hatten keine Probleme damit. Chipiona liegt sehr günstig für Ausflüge in die Umgebung: Cadiz, Jerez und Sanlucar liegen fast nebenan; selbst nach Sevilla und Gibraltar ist man recht schnell mit dem Auto.Der Strand von Chipiona ist sehr weitläufig und schön, mit weißem, feinen Sand - ideal für Strandspaziergänge. Im Ort selbst ist das Museo de Moscatel auf jeden Fall einen Besuch (mit Verkostung) wert.Leider verging unsere Woche über die Weihnachtstage wie im Flug. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Schöne, helle Wohnung, ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.
Der Strand in Chipiona ist fantastisch. Wir konnten jeden Tag schwimmen obwohl es recht kühl war für Mai/Juni, das Wasser war so warm wie die Luft. Chipiona ist in der Vorsaison recht ruhig, nicht alle Geschäfte und Restaurants waren geöffnet. Die Wohnung war toll und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

La casa esta situada en una calle tranquila. El piso es amueblado muy bien. Tiene todos las cosas que necesita. En la terraza grande se puede pasar el tiempo muy bien. Todo es muy limpio y ordenado. Los duenos Antonio y Mari son muy amables y dispuesto a ayudar.

Wir haben in dieser Wohnung zwei Monate (Dezember/Januar) verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden: Lage, Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung - alles entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Perfekter Gastgeber - sehr schönes Apartment - absolute Empfehlung
Antonio war bereits im Vorfeld ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter: die Kommunikation per E-mail war tadellos: schnell, gründlich und korrekt. Meine Frau und ich haben das Apartment nur zu zweit genutzt und täglich gekocht. Die Beschreibung der Ausstattung ist korrekt und vollständig. Die Wohnung war sauber, alles ist funktionell, nichts hat gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnungsübernahme und -übergabe verliefen superschnell und unkompliziert. Zur Begrüßung hatte Antonio uns eine Flasche Muskateller-Sherry geschenkt ... ein Genuss. Dafür und für die angenehme Zeit an dieser Stelle noch einmal danke.

Une maison et des hôtes très accueillants !
Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréables à Chipiona grâce à la douceur de vivre de la côte Atlantique mais aussi à l'accueil de nos hôtes ! L'appartement est très agréable à vivre, notamment grâce à sa terrasse, et très bien situé par rapport à la plage ! Rien à redire sur la propreté, le confort, l'équipement de la maison ! Eine schöne Unterkunft.
Sehr netter Vermieter. Der Wunderbare Sandstrand ist in weigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Sogar Sonnenschirme, Liegen und Stühle für den Strand sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist uneingeschrränkt zu empfehlen.

apartamento bien situado y confortable con anfitriones simpáticos
Pasamos el mes de junio (2017) en este apartamento. Chipiona obviamente se estaba preparando para las vacaciones. Los fines de semanas sus bonitas playas ya estaban bastante concurridas y la temperaturas del agua del mar eran bastante agradables. Desde el apartamento se llega al mar dando un pequeño paseo; también al centro del pueblo se llega muy fácilmente de pie. En el barrio hay gran cantidad de casas de veraneo, de las que la mayoría aun no estaban ocupadas. Estaba agradablemente tranquilo. Pasamos bastantes horas en la gran terraza del apartamento, en la que se está protegida del sol, pero también se coge en general una brisa refrescante. El apartamento mismo es muy cómodo, con detalles bonitos. Además, en cuanto a los aspectos prácticos, no falta absolutamente nada: desde sombrillas y sillas para llevar a la playa, utensilios de cocina, mucha vajilla, secador, lavadora, lavaplatos, toallas, etc. hasta televisión y aire acondicionado. En términos de calidad precio es un apartamento ideal. Nos gustó mucho conocer a Mari y Antonio (los anfitriones). Antonio nos vino a buscar al aereopuerto de Jérez y a la vuelta nos llevó allí a las cuatro de la madrugada. No se imponían con su presencia, pero siempre estaban inmediatamente dispuestos a darnos informaciones y ayudarnos con detalles prácticos. Ideal para ir con la familia.
La casa esta situada cerca de la playa, pero sin el bullicio de estar en primera linea de playa. Situada cerca del santuario de la Virgen de Regla, en una zona tranquila. Esta equipada con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones. Los propietarios son unas bellísimas personas y muy amables. Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable y tendremos en cuenta la casa para proximas ocasiones.

Nous venons de séjourner durant 10 jours dans cet agréable appartement bien agencé, très propre et organisé pour profiter sereinement de ces vacances estivales: sa proximité du centre et de la plage de La Regla le rend très appréciable pour une famille avec enfants ou/et entre amis comme nous l'avons fait cette année. Nous reviendrons là-bas avec toujours autant de plaisir depuis 3 ans.

Maravillosas vacaciones.
Mi familia y yo hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas en este apartamento, muy espacioso y bien equipado. Mi hijo de siete años disfrutö muchīsimo de la gran terraza y la manguera 😂. Antonio y su familia fueron muy amables y atentos con nosotros. Totalmente recomendable.

Estuvimos una semana en Chipiona y nos ha gustado mucho. Las playas están muy limpias y sin aglomeraciones. La casa es muy acogedora, tiene todo lo imprescindible .Está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila. Los dueños son muy amables. Totalmente recomendable.
