Quiet 3-room apartment for 4 people on the upper floor of a family house, approx. 300 m. from the beach.
The apartment has two bedrooms (for 2 people each), living room with sofa, TV, satellite TV (German channels) and air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, bathroom and large furnished terrace (approx. 30m2). The beach of Regla can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.
It has grocery stores, butchery and restaurants very close by.
Chipiona is located on the Atlantic coast of the province of Cadiz on the so-called “Costa de la Luz”. It has 12 km of fine sandy beaches with clean and iodized water, which the EU has awarded annually with the blue flag of the clean seas of Europe.
Chipiona: Cadiz, the capital of the province and one of the oldest cities in Europe, is only 52 km away. Other interesting destinations are Seville - the capital of Andalusia (105 km.); Jerez de la Frontera, where the famous sherry is produced (27 km.); El Puerto de Santa María (25 km.); Sanlúcar de Barrameda with the mouth of the Guadalquivir river and gate of the Coto de Doñana, natural park and biological reserve (8 km.)
