Guinea Cottage is a cosy dog friendly holiday home set at the end of a no-through lane outside the village of Upper Seagry, an attractive village set on a farm nestled in the Wiltshire countryside.
The two bedrooms, open-plan kitchen/living room and shower room are all on the ground floor. There is high-speed (300mb) Gigaclear WiFi.
The cottage garden offers beautiful views over the countryside. Stroll out the gate through the farmyard to find a bridleway and lovely walks. Just a short stroll away is the village with a charming pub.

Enjoying spectacular rural views from its private garden, this wonderful two bedroom home with wood burning stove is the ideal base from which to explore the South Cotswolds, beautiful villages such as Castle Combe and Lacock, and you may also enjoy a day trip to Bath or Bristol.

Guinea Cottage is a cosy farmhouse annexe cottage near Malmesbury which sleeps four guests, in two bedrooms, with a newly renovated shower room. This dog friendly home away from home is laid out across the ground floor and boasts a wood burner in the open plan living area, and a picturesque private garden which overlooks rolling fields. Guinea Cottage benefits from having a rural location, yet with the M4 close by, the cities of Bath, Salisbury and London are easily accessible for day trips.

Whilst the cottage can accommodate 4 adults it is better suited for 2 adults and 2 children.

This single storey accommodation is laid out as follows:

Sitting/dining room
Wood burner, four-seater corner sofa, Smart TV, desk and chair, selection of games and books, and dining table with seating for four.

Kitchen
Electric oven, induction hob, Nespresso machine, under counter fridge with in-built freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
