They told me that I needed to contact them. I had a time so I can reserve parking in their parking lot when I looked on the website it said that they had parking lot when I got there. They says oh well our parking lot is full and you should let us know ahead of time just go park out on the street. Was very lucky to find one parking space. Not located in the best of neighborhoods.

We stayed for 1 night. The room was really spacious and clean. Nice comfortable beds, bathroom was spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay, staff are very nice and friendly. Really quiet at night. No had no issues.We will come back and stay for longer. Thanks team keep it up.

This is my go to for staying in Christchurch for work. Clean warm and great staff. Pricing is also great. Couple of the ground floor studios can be noisy but nothing ear plugs couldn’t handle.

Lovely apartment in a great location for being a tourist to the city. Amazing cafes very close by, the Tram stop close by too. Easy to walk into the city to look around. Beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms was a nice surprise.

Same as I posted in Google Reviews: The hotel is great for its price! Modest, clean, affordable and a great location. I truly appreciate that they have a complete set of amenities, even the simple ones such as coffee, tea, and chocolate drink which there is a generous amount. The reception is very informative and very helpful. I just spent my entire day walking and exploring and I'm so glad the hotel is surrounded by the botanical garden, riverside market, restaurants, and you can find mini marts all over the place. Super close to the Intercity bus stop also!

The 2 bedrooms executive apartment is big, clean and Southwark is within walking distance to the bus depot and city center but there is only 1 central heater for the whole apartment so some areas can be cold or other area hot! ( we stayed in winter) and also the sky window in the living room leaks when it rained.

We loved how quiet and handy to the cbd this was. We walked into town and had great food at riverside.nz and a good nights sleep in comfortable beds. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. Thanks team!

My go to when in town - easy walking in to the city proper, easy walking to where I need to get to. Only issue there is very limited parking so suggest you book your parking spot if driving pronto.
