The aircon was always on when I arrived at night. The hand towel could have been changed more often. The kitchen had minimal cooking pots and utensils but more were supplied when asked

Clean and tidy rooms, great value and location. Perfect for stays for work due to location near Addington and Woodhouse. Road outside can get very busy at peak times but not noisy.

It is a basic affirdable motel unit.. suits one couple. No extra cutlery nir crockery, just 2. Ni kitchen facilities... but we jnew this before we bookef. Extensive Sky channels. No traffic noise. Exceptionally friendly and obliging operator/reception (Annie).
