Wonderful Stay
Because we had an IHG credit card, we were upgraded after the first night to a higher room with terrace. The staff were very accomdating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overlooking Coogee Beach.

They overbooked, no actual room available.
I arrived to be told I had been rebooked into another hotel, which was not as new or nice and was in a less convenient location. No attempt was made to contact me prior and no refund or anything was offered.

Easy and helpful check in with a lovely lady at the front desk. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade since the room we booked wasn’t clean or available. Lovely quiet, clean, warm room with a beautiful outlook. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with lovely staff. Great to have parking option available, though we were lucky to get one due to limited availability and it was at extra cost. All in all a lovely overnight get away with great access to the city centre a very short walk away.

Overall it was a very nice stay. We could easoly walked to city and shopping areas. There are also plenty of restaurants in the areas. Breakfast is the usual item + cooking station for eggs and pancakes

All round good stay and handy location for town hall. Only downside was the $25 additional fee for parking on arrival. In my experience with Hotels parking for guests is usually included with the room

Friendly & helpful staff, great welcome. Clean and tidy. Issue with fridge in room was sorted promptly and without intrusion. Stayed with breakfast included, was really good selection at breakfast. Location was really great, walk into the centre with wase, also near local transport. Stay in the Plaza was quiet. Overall had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel.
