We enjoyed our stay very much. Close to shopping centres hotel had a wonderful restaurant Meals were excellent the staff were wonderful would recommend this hotel complex to anyone coming to Christchurch

Single glazed windows meant a cold night ! No heat pump or extra blankets . A wall heater that kept switching off meant we were awake freezing at 4am.

Room was comfortable, however the cleaning staff need to do a better job. Cups in cupboard were dirty, one with "crusty" stuff all on inside, shower/bath screen and walls had not been cleaned and windows on sliding door covered in greasy fingerprints.
