I liked the laminate floor. I was disappointed that my accrssible room did not have a shower chair. My partner is disabled and couldn't take a shower. This was the first night in Rm 216 on Nov. 19th. On our return we stayed in Rm 105 that had a shower chair. That was fine. I was surprised Tru did not have shower chairs for the accessible rooms without chairs.

Rooms were an ice box when entering taking hours to get warm. A room should be set at 65 not 50. Check in staff were friendly and breakfast was ok

Lovely college visit
