Great location! Clean, comfortable, and cute! Highly recommend!
This property was easy to locate and the condominium complex was very beautiful. We never heard our neighbors and the gated community felt safe.
The beautiful eat-in kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and eating. The view from the living room is spectacular! The internet TV worked great and there is plenty of seating. There is no AC for the kitchen/living room area, so if you are there when it is warm outdoors, it's going to be warm in those rooms. But we stayed fairly comfortable in the living room by openings the windows in the living room and in the kitchen to get a breeze blowing, and the two ceiling fans and floor flan really helped as well.
The upstairs mattress was so comfortable! This room had AC, so it was easy to be very comfortable at night. The window shades are solid instead of see-through like the living room windows, so you have to open them to see the view. But then the heat can come in so keep that in mind during warm weather. It has lots of storage and hanging space for clothes. The bathroom is so nice! The water pressure wasn't great and the water temp was only tepid. The downstairs bedroom mattress was also comfortable, and this room also has AC. The water temp & pressure was much better in that bathroom. And we were so grateful for the washer and dryer! The inner-courtyard was charming and the back terrace was gorgeous!
Communication with Premier Vacation Rentals was easy.
We would absolutely stay there again the next time we visit St. Croix.
